Teal 06

I’ve been looking for a paint that captures the exact depth of a peacock feather and this teal delivers — it’s warm without being too green. The matte finish went on smoothly with just two coats over a light primer, and the color shifts beautifully in afternoon light.

I was a bit worried teal would be too bold, but this peacock shade is just the right balance of green and blue. The eggshell finish goes on smoothly and gives the wall a soft sheen that catches the light nicely.

The matt finish dried down beautifully without any chalky streaks, and the color really does sit right between green and blue. I’d have liked a touch more coverage on the second coat, but it’s still a cheerful, solid result for the price.
