Red 02

Took a chance on this dusty poppy red and it’s exactly the muted, grown-up tone I wanted for my kitchen walls. The grey undertone keeps it from feeling too bright, and one coat covered surprisingly well over white.

Exactly the shade I was hoping for — that dusty poppy red warms up my home office without feeling too bold. I paired it with a black picture rail and the contrast is spot on. Dried to a nice even finish in two coats.

I was worried this would read too orange once it dried, but the grey undertone keeps it moody and grown-up. Paired it with black trim in our kitchen and the contrast is exactly what I hoped for. Two coats covered the old beige completely.
